These Terms & Services govern your use of streetserviceautorepair.com and the vehicle service contracts, quotes, and claims-support information offered by Street Service (“Street Service”, “we”, “us”). By browsing this website, submitting a form, requesting a quote, or enrolling in a plan described on these pages, you agree to the rules below. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit personal details.
Street Service publishes educational and commercial information about auto warranty and vehicle service contracts. A displayed sample price, coverage list, or case study is illustrative until a personalized contract is issued. The binding document is always the coverage schedule, declarations page, and exclusions attached to an enrolled policy—not marketing headlines on this website.
This page explains how the website may be used, how quotes are requested, how vehicle service contracts are described, and how claim-related information is handled at a high level. Additional contract language may apply after enrollment. Where a signed or issued contract conflicts with website copy, the issued contract controls.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the latest update will appear at the end of this page. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the revised Terms. You should review this page before requesting a new quote or transferring a plan.
Street Service describes mechanical breakdown protection, often called an auto warranty or vehicle service contract. These products are not a substitute for required motor vehicle insurance, liability coverage, collision coverage, or comprehensive physical-damage insurance. They are intended to help with the cost of repairing listed mechanical or electrical components that fail due to a covered breakdown during the contract term, subject to deductibles, waiting periods, maintenance conditions, and exclusions.
A “covered breakdown” generally means the failure of a listed part to perform the function for which it was designed, arising from defects in materials or workmanship, and not from collision, abuse, lack of maintenance, or normal wear unless the contract expressly includes that wear item. Each plan tier (Basic, Standard, Premium, or a custom schedule) names components differently. You are responsible for reading the component list before you enroll.
Eligibility depends on vehicle age, odometer reading, use (private, commute, or light commercial), service history, and modifications. You agree that information you submit—year, make, model, mileage, and condition—is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Providing false mileage, concealing salvage branding, or omitting known existing failures may result in denial of enrollment or later claim denial.
Some vehicles require a pre-enrollment inspection. If an inspection is requested, coverage does not begin until the inspection is completed and any listed deficiencies are addressed as required by the quote. Street Service may decline vehicles with branded titles, unresolved check-engine conditions, or incomplete maintenance records.
Prices shown on the Pricing page are sample monthly figures used to compare plan depth. They are not a binding offer. A quote is an invitation to review a specific term, deductible, and component list. Enrollment is complete only when required details are confirmed, any waiting period is disclosed, and policy documents are issued.
Forms on this website are client-side request tools. Submitting a form does not create a contract, open a claim, or guarantee a rate. A representative may contact you using the details you provided to continue the quote conversation.
Payment terms, cancellation windows, and refund methods (if any) will appear in the issued contract. Website buttons labeled “Purchase Now” route you to a quote request, not an instant charge, unless a future checkout flow is clearly labeled otherwise.
Many vehicle service contracts include a waiting period measured in days, miles, or both. Breakdowns that begin before the waiting period ends are typically not covered, even if diagnosis occurs later. Keep invoices for oil changes, fluid services, and timed replacements. If a claim involves a lubrication-related failure, Street Service may request those invoices.
Failure to maintain the vehicle in accordance with the manufacturer’s severe- or normal-service schedule can lead to reduced payment or denial when the failure is connected to neglected maintenance. You should follow the stricter of the manufacturer schedule or any schedule stated in your contract.
If you believe a listed component has failed, contact the Street Service claims desk before authorizing teardown whenever possible, except when a safety issue requires immediate limited disassembly. The repair facility should provide:
Authorization is a coverage decision, not a mechanical guarantee. Street Service may request a second inspection, teardown photos, or an independent evaluation. Labor times are commonly reviewed against published industry guides. You remain responsible for the deductible, non-covered items, shop supplies not listed, and any betterment if the contract applies betterment rules.
Choosing an unlicensed facility, beginning irreversible work without authorization, or disposing of failed parts before inspection can affect claim payment. Keep replaced parts until the claim is closed unless the claims desk releases them in writing.
Unless a specific plan schedule states otherwise, the following are typically excluded from Street Service vehicle service contracts. This list is educational and not exhaustive:
Your issued schedule may add or remove items from this list. Always compare the schedule to the estimate before work begins.
Each claim may require a deductible stated on the declarations page. Some plans use a per-visit deductible; others use a per-component deductible. Aggregate limits, per-repair caps, or diminishing limits may apply on high-mileage products. Optional benefits such as trip interruption or substitute transportation, if included, have daily and total caps and usually require an overnight covered repair.
If a plan is transferable, the remaining term may move with the vehicle to a new private owner after a transfer request, any stated fee, and confirmation that commercial use has not begun. Cancellation rules, including any unearned premium or administrative fee, appear in the contract. Website unsubscribe requests stop marketing messages; they do not cancel an active vehicle service contract. To discuss a policy cancellation you must contact us through the contact form and identify the policy number.

You may view pages for personal, non-commercial research about auto warranty options. You may not scrape content, copy plan language into competing products, or misrepresent an affiliation with Street Service.
You agree not to submit malicious code, automated spam, or false identities through our forms. We may block abusive traffic. Content is provided “as is” for general information. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or that sample coverage lists will match a future contract without change.
Street Service does not operate every repair facility that may work on a covered vehicle. Shops remain independent. Social sharing links open third-party services with their own terms. We are not responsible for those platforms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Street Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, including lost time, missed travel, or shop delays unrelated to an authorized covered repair. For enrolled contracts, remedies are limited to the benefits described in that contract. Nothing on this website creates a guarantee that any particular failure will be paid.
Personal information submitted through forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting a quote or contact form you request a response from a representative. Marketing emails continue only if you subscribe and until you unsubscribe.
Questions about these Terms & Services, a quote, or an existing plan should be sent through the Contact Us page or emailed to info@streetserviceautorepair.com. Include the vehicle identification details you are comfortable sharing and, if applicable, a policy reference.
